Welcome

This event was inspired by the movie Tangled. The lantern scene was something I'd heard so much about, and when I sat watching it one afternoon folding laundry with my little man, years after the movie was released, I found it impossible to toss the idea of doing this in real life.

This year, we are excited to be hosting our second annual Light the Night With Love Lantern Release. We would like to extend an invitation to all bereaved parents and family members that mourn the loss of a child. There will be a photographer and videographer on site to capture the entire event. You can learn more about last year's event on this link.

If you find that you are able to join us in person this year, all you have to do is bring yourself, a sharpie marker, a lighter or two and a sky lantern.
The event is completely free to attend.

We welcome you to bring your family and friends that might want to join you in honoring your child.

We are sorry if you have experienced the loss of a child, but it is our hope that you might consider joining us on this magical night of remembrance. Last year (2012) was the first year we attempted this event and it was a huge success with about 100+ people in attendance, honoring over 400 angels all over the world.

with love,

fran + amanda
